We are still up and running at both our Ashtead and Cheam repair centres; Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 5:30 with both on-site and remote services available following government guidelines for covid safe operation.

In order to serve you safely; please observe the following rules:

• Only 1 individual in the repair centre at any time.  If you see others inside; please wait outside until called in.

• Please follow government advice regarding distancing rules.  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people/guidance-on-social-distancing-for-everyone-in-the-uk-and-protecting-older-people-and-vulnerable-adults

• We aim to have the book in process "contactless" for the safety of staff and customers; on entering the store, place your laptop/desktop in the highlighted area and follow the instructions from staff, keeping in mind the 2m distancing rule.

• Where possible we ask that you wipe down machines with an antibacterial/viral wipe before arriving.  We will be doing the same before working on machines and once more before returning machines to customers.
